Those of us who work on board have many years of experience with boats and ships throughout the archipelago. All our skippers hold extensive certifications and the boats meet every applicable safety requirement.

Our prices
Our experience since 1999 has given us a good sense of what sea transport should cost. We aim for a pricing strategy that is uncomplicated, clear and competitive.
Good to know
- You always pay for the whole boat, regardless of the number of passengers (max 12).
- The price list applies 7 days a week.
- Between 23.00 and 06.00 the night rate applies, i.e. + 50 %.
- If you want to travel after 23.00 you should pre-book.
- All taxi boat prices are incl. 6 % VAT; for businesses, excl. 6 % VAT.
- Transport of goods is subject to 25 % VAT.

Skippers since 1999
Waxholm Water Taxi was started in 1999, then under the name Rindö Rederi. We offer sea transport in the Stockholm archipelago: taxi boat for 1–12 people, charter and archipelago experiences, cargo boat for all kinds of jobs, and marine assistance and towing.
We know our job and we love this environment. Small groups mean a safe trip with personal commitment and service, all at a competitive price.

Our berths are centrally located in Vaxholm guest harbour, just along from Systembolaget, close to connecting buses and the Waxholmsbolaget ferries.
Easy to find, easy to be picked up from — and close enough to carry the shopping straight on board.
