Hello, and welcome aboard Waxholm Water Taxi.
Who we are
Waxholm Water Taxi was started in 1999 and was then called Rindö Rederi. We offer sea transport in the Stockholm archipelago: taxi boat for 1–12 people, charter and archipelago experiences, cargo boat for all kinds of jobs, and marine assistance and towing. Through various partners we can also offer a larger taxi boat and cargo boat, for more passengers and really heavy loads.
Our berths are centrally located in Vaxholm guest harbour, just along from Systembolaget, close to connecting buses and the Waxholmsbolaget ferries.
Those of us who work on board have many years of experience with boats and ships throughout the archipelago. We know our job and we love this environment. Combined with trips in small groups, that guarantees a safe experience with personal commitment and service, all at a competitive price.
All our skippers hold extensive certifications and the boats meet every applicable safety requirement. Full insurance and a dedicated insurance for our passengers go without saying. We also carry life jackets for infants on board.
